Fantastic perform from the kids today against Edinburgh South. We started very well shooting into the strong wind and several chances but we’re facing an inspired Goalie in the Edinburgh goal making save after save, it took until the 17th minute to break the deadlock when finished from close range. Euan Bernard added a 2nd just before the end of the half were we hadn’t been troubled too much. Into the 2nd half and shooting with the wind started with a flurry of goals, Euan getting his 2nd of the game before a wing assisted goal pulled one back for the visitors before Euan Brownlee regained our advantage all within as many minutes. Euan Brownlee then claimed his 2nd of the game 5 minutes later to have 2 players looking for hatricks. Into the last 10 minutes and all the fitneuwork we do with the ball in training really paid off as we ran riot. Cayden Carroll claiming his 1st Easthouses goal after a very impressive run on the 40th minute. Liam then decided he wanted in on the scoring and scored a superb 7 minute hatrick.

Kids voted Shay Patterson man of the Match, we tell the kids an assist is as good as a goal and I think Shay got 4 or 5 assists today 🍾 well done to Liam on his hatrick ⚽️⚽️⚽️ and massive well done to Brian Wilson who stepped between the sticks today in absence of usual goalie Ben Ewart and had a stormer
